I was wondering what exactly is changed when you click, "If you understand the security risks but want to share printers without running the wizard, click here." and then click "Just enable printer sharing." I want to know what windows changes to enable printer sharing.

Is the only thing that happens when "Just enable Printer Sharing" is clicked that anonymous users are allowed to access the printer or is it broader than that? Is this done by turning on the guest account, and what else does it do? How would I replicate the process of clicking that button without actually clicking the button?
