When attempting to reenable Fast User Switching I get a message that a recently instal;led program has disabled this feature. I also get a hint that points to msgina.dll The only program i suspected would be the culprit is Cisco VPN v4 that has since been removed but the Old Style Login screen remains. I tried replacing msgina but still no change. How do I get the novice friendly login page back?

See if these help.

Is it probable that the VPN software altered the msgina.dll file? I was hoping to be able to tweak a setting in the registry to get back to the normal Welcome screen.
