I do not use IE, but try Internet Options, then Security tab, then "Custom Level..." button.
Add-ons are called Plug-ins in that Settings list. Look for them at several locations in the list.

I am really amazed at how many rude people there are that post questions and then don't reply when asked for clarification. And also the number who never respond with a thank you after getting a fix.
