Yeah i sorta have a problem that i haven't been able to solve for a while. I have emule v.30b, DSL connection, Netgear EN 104 ethernet Hub, PC-CIllin 2003 but i don't have it blocking any ports, and i'm receiving LOWID on EMule. I have tried changing my TCP port from 4662 to 4652 but still have LOWID. Windows XP firewall is off and my hub doesn't have hardware firewalls i dont' believe. IF anyone help me solve this i'd really appreciate it.

hmm well i forget what pc-cillin is but does it have a firewall in it? A firewall will do that if it is turned on at all.

you said you weren't exactly sure if your hub had a firewall... well check the manual, and make sure it doesn't. If it has a setup page, or some way to change its settings, set your computer as the DMZ host.

Also, do you mean you are being blacklisted? Certain servers will black list you if you are 1) downloading too many files at a time 2) downloading pr0n 3) connected to many servers that day.

Some servers will do that, and you will lose your "credits". You start out with soething like 1600 credits, and lose like 40 for each file being requested by you, and something like 60 for each server you attempt to connect to.

Finally, ah poo ill get back to you on the final thought, i forgot what i was going to type.

Good Luck.

oh yeah i was going to say that you should update your version.

www.sharereactor.com has SOOOO many links to real files, not fakes, and also in the top right hand corner there will be links to the latest versions of emule, emule plus, and edonkey (i use emule plus because it is just kinda easier to look at and easier to configure.

Good Luck again.
