embedded audio will not play

I know, another SP3 thing. Anyway, since I did the SP3 update, audio that is embedded in a site does not auto play. It is a straight mp3 file that plays everywhere else but here. No big deal but I WOULD like to know why. It's on one of MY sites so I kind of need to know. I'm assuming that it's some sore of firewall thing but I went in to the firewall setting and didn't really see anthing that's keeping it from running. Any ideas?

This is a known issue and easily fixed. Go to manufacturer's website and download the audio drivers and reinstall them.

WHICH manufacturer? The audio DOES play if I open the file manually but won't play when embedded only. If that's what you mean, I went to MS site and found nothing that fit. If it's an audio driver problem, do I look for audio driver updates or sp3 fixes or what? Mike

OK-went to the man site and uploaded the new driver audio package and STILL no joy. Audio plays when opened but not embedded audio. HMMMMMMMM?

Removed SP3. Problem solved. Don't know what it is but everything works now. I'm SURE it's some form of firewall thing.
