I have an XP Home disc that I ripped to an ISO on my computer. I would like to know how I can embed a program into the XP installation (avast! Anti Virus) so that it installs with XP and I don't have to install it later. Like a system recovery disk.

Try nLite. You can use it to create a custom Windows CD with SP3, drivers, software, etc...you can also add the the product key & make the disc an unattended install.
