Is there anyway I can create a distribution list in Outlook, so that when I send an e-mail to multiple people, only their name shows up in the To: field? I've tried creating a group, and sending an e-mail by adding that group the the bcc: field, but when people receive the e-mail, the first person in my list is listed in the To: field. What I want to do is create one big list once, and then be able to send e-mails to people on my list, but have their own e-mail address show up in the To: field, so it looks a little more personal. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I've looked for quite a long time.

simply go to "File" "New" then down to "Distrubition List"

then add your member

**Another Update**

is is another way I found by messing.

create a couple of new contacts like I did.

"All Friends"
"All Family"

but address those to your Email.

now creat your group of emails and create a new email. in the To: field add who your sending it to. "friends or family"

in the Bcc field add your group.

now when you send your email they will see "all Family" or "All Friends"

Or just send it to yourself in the To

and to everyone else in the Bcc.

Create your broadcast group in the address book - new entry - distribution group.

Good luck
