e-mail sending over and over

I have incredimail. I have found that when I attach an exe or picture to an e-mail it keeps sending to everyone filling up there e-mail quota's. Why is this happening?

Look in options of "outlook express"and Incredimail, incredmail partly uses Outlook to get its self configured if that does not fix it send email to Incredimail and if thats no help uninstall it and reinstall,or take it out all together. Let us know how you get on! Best of luck.
