Comment: I can see my e-mail msgs. but when I click on it, I get a blank in the message box. I upgraded my system to SP2 and now my messages come up as an attachment. I have to click on the attachment to get the message. Also since the addition of SP2, I can't get into the control panel or My Computer, etc. Help! Peter B Crocker

Reply: Turns out that I have limited hard drive space left so I could not run SP2 but when I got rid of it , I could no longer read my e-mails by clicking on the attachments. Now I am back to a blank box. Could excessive adware be causing this because I'm not currently running an adware program on my PC? Thanks.
