When i want to open my account in my computer it says i have 5 emails i havent read yet. This isnt right since ive read them all. How do i get rid of this message?

Let me ask you a question. IS IT A HOTMAIL ACCOUNT? If so that is your problem. Make another email account besides hotmail and use with outlook express. Hotmail is real fussy using outlook express.
