email link problem

OS: XP Pro
CPU/Ram: Duron 900/512ram

When i receive an email with a web site on it when i go to use it the whole email turns blue and on the bottom of the screen to show you are on the internet dissapears and doesn't go to link,you have to cut and paste address in file area to make it work,can anyone help with this.

What e-mail are you using: Outlook, Outlook Express, internet based like yahoo, other?

no email links
1. Open IE/Tools/Options./Program tab/Click 'Reset web settings' button

2. If that doesn't work, go to Start/Run/type regsvr32 urlmon.dll and
repeat Step 1 and reboot.
