Hi Bob,

When you want to send an e-mail to more than one person, just fill in their e-mail addresses in either the to, cc, or bcc box. Put a semicolon ; in between them, for example:

x1@y.com;x2@y.com;x3@y.com

The difference between the cc and bcc box is:
cc -> x1 will see that you sent the mail to x2 and x3 also.

bcc(blind carbon copy) -> x1 doesn't see the list

To see the bcc box, you will probably need to check-mark the 'All Headers' item on the View menu.

Hi again Bob,

I guess this is what you're asking:
you can't fit more than around 60 addresses in the recipient box, and you want to send it to more people than that in one go.

Well, this is what having an address-book is really all about:
you can create groups in your address-book, and then assign its members.

Then, instead of putting the whole list of addresses into the cc or bcc box, just put the name of the group into the box.

...

Just press the 'Adresses' button in Outlook Express, or press CTRL+SHIFT+B, or 'Address Book' on the Tools menu.

In the Address Book, press 'NEW>Group'
For example: Family
Then you can select its members (the members can be individual addresses, or other groups).

You can also add new contacts = new individuals, and keep separate home/business/... info on them.

To keep a backup of the address book, check its export function.
