Occasionally I cannot open photo's/cartoons that arrive in my emails (AOL). They are not necessarily attachments, but more along the lines of "imbedded, part of" for the lack of a better more knowlegeable word. All the wording is plainly readable but the photo etc. is a square empty box with a smaller box with a red "X" in the upper left hand corner. Would someone please advise what utility/adjustment is necessary to view this material? I've tried right clicking on the box to check properties in hopes to see what extension but that also does not work. Thanks
