Silly question here...how can I get another email address (kindof hiding from whoever). I tried Hotmail and couldn't figure out..when they ask for email address, I put in my outlook xpress...big error pops up, so put in a new address that I might use. Same thing. thanks ahead

I don't quite understand what you mean....do you wish to have a "junk type" e-mail address, so you won't have to worry as much about spam coming to your primary e-mail address?
I do this also; I have three Yahoo e-mail addys, and three from Comcast, my ISP. I use these for when you must supply an e-mail address somewhere, but you are reluctant to do so because of certain reasons.
Is this what you are trying to do? If so, just go to Yahoo, and set up a couple e-mail accounts; they're free and easy to set up. I never tried Hotmail, so I don't know anything about that.
Hope this helps out a little.

I agree with Tommyo. Go with yahoo. 4 mb free space. Easy to use. Easy to create. You just need to create a Yahoo ID (usually called a username)and a password and probably make up a name (like James Lee) and you are set. I have a couple yahoo accounts and 7 comcast accounts. I use yahoo for message boards, and online forms, shopping, junk like clasmates.com and other things that is sure to harvest your address and send you lots of spam. I don't mess with spam filters. Yahoo is where all the spam goes. I only give out my Comcast addresses to people I know. I still have a Hotmail account but yahoo is better for many reasons, trust me.
