Email account won't save password

I have set up outloook express with password for an account, but when i check email. keeps asking for password, does anyone know how to fix this? also won't let me type the password (no cursor)in the account setup unless i check the box save password first. many thanks for any help Keith.

If that doesn't help then try here - www.windows-help.net/windowsXP/all-tips.html Scroll down the page until you see Passwords not saved in Outlook - Worked for me and is rather simple to do.
