I only use 1 account on my pc and i have no idea how to solve her prob, the only thing i came up with was to ban her son using the pc lol.

She needs to change her son'a account to a "limited" account instead of an "adminsitrator" account. The problem is that some programs will not run properly under a limited account, but she will have to try it and see.

Is he changing her login password or her email password? Which email client is she using?

If it is the windows logon p/w she can cure that by giving the hidden admin account a p/w as he has most likely found out how to log on by bypassing her logon p/w.

Do This

1-Boot to Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key while booting

2-Choose safe mode, Press Enter

3-Select operating system, Press Enter

4-Click Administrator Account

5-Windows is running in Safe Mode, Click YES

6-At the Safe Mode Desktop, click, Start, Control Panel

7-Double click User Accounts, Here you can delete accounts, delete/change passwords ETC. She needs to give the Admin account a P/W

8-When done Close all Windows

9-Restart Computer
