was working fine off 3 days press power button fans run computer light blinks then goes out.have oem cd new bios battery tried to use bios Image cd light blinks with comp light,xp Media 2005 1gig mem duel processor.1st time blue light just blinked no fans nothing got another hard drive re installed ran fine until now.both fans run hi speed now how to force boot or check Motherboard or processor power Supply fine,somewhat bare bones but voltage ok.
