Editing 'New' menu

Anyone knows how to edit that "New" menu when you right click on ur desktop? How to delete and add items in there? Thanx.

Yes,

Go here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp and get Tweakui from the Microsoft Powertoys for XP

After install select "Templates" from the UI (Start> All Programs) and deselect the items you do not want to see on the New menu.
