CPU/Ram: intel p4 and 512 ram

hi, i bought an ES 620 and tried to use it to connect my samsung sgh v200 & samsung x600 mobile phone to my pc but could not seem to make the ES 620 work. it worked well with my nokia 8250. could this be an incompatibility issue or driver problem? please help me.
