EasyRecovery .bin signature

I'm trying to recover some lost .bin files using Ontrack's EasyRecovery Professional, except I need the file signature, along with the signature offset (both in hexadecimal form), in order for the program to recognize that kind of file. Does anyone know how to find the values for this or any other file format?
