EasyCleaner with partitioned drive

I just installed a new harddrive and made 2 partitions. One for games and one for everything else. I also went from win me to xp. I used "easycleaner" on my old hd and would get rid of everything it came up with. I see lots of duplicate files now but I'm afraid to delete them because of the two partitions.
