i also had problems with ez cd creator with xp. after many attempts to download the winxp update from the roxio website i finally was able to download. problems went away. also the ASPI manager should be available there.

AFTER INSTALL OF CD CREATOR 5 PLAT AND XP UP DATE TO 5.2. COMPUTER WILL NOT SHUT DOWN, REBOOT PROPERLY. I GET THE FOLLOWING ERRORS
1. CTFMON.exe ERROR 2. INTERNET EXPLORER ERROR 3 THEN COMPUTER WILL SHUT DOWN. THIS TAKES ABOUT 3 MIN TO SHUT DOWN.
HAVE REINSTALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
COMPUTER; SONYVAIO,AMD DURON 8OO,512 RAM, USE WINXP HOME.
ANY IDEAS. THANKS LARRY
