am running mydefrag and it keeps pausing wehn accessing C:\WIndows\dynazip.log what is it and do i need it - why is it being constantly accessed when defragging???
No, you don't need it, and Microsoft recommend deleting its contents anyway as it contains your encryption passwords: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/265131
