Comment:

I recently put a new ATI graphics card in my computer, an ATI Radeon 9600 series card.
Today I upgraded to Cable on my computer. When I play some videos on some websites I get wild colors anda really hard to see video When I go to my desktop, a file has appeared that is titled "dxva_sg". The file is empty. I know it is connected to my video problem because I delete it and it appears the next time I have a problem. Anyone know how to clear this up???

Are you saying this is related to the upgrade to cable, and that before that web videos played OK? If so, that's very strange! My last upgrade resulted in what I think is a similar (if not the same problem). Games played fine, but video played with all the colous messed up. Try manually changing the gamma settings within the ATI driver:

Start>Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced
