But its not working.
When i plug it into my laptop the green light on nework adapter is not coming. But i am sure its working as i have been using it with fedora.--sudha

Remove the DWL-650, uninstall the device in Device Manager, shut down, insert the device and then restart Windows. It should then see it as new hardware and install the driver correctly.

If you don't install the Driver BEFORE inserting the Wireless Cardbus Adapter, Windows will not recognize the device and you won't be able to use it.
1.I suggest you remove the Device from Device Manager. Shutdown your Laptop, Remove the DWL-650 Cardbus Adapter from its slot. Restart the PC and make sure there is nothing against the Network Adapters.
2A.If you don't have the Driver CD with you, you can use the downloaded Driver file.
2B.If you suspect your downloaded driver is corrupt , you may try to download it from:
DWL-650 + network adapter Drivers for Windows 98s.e., ME, 2000, XP (version
3.06)3. During driver installation, the Screen will show the InstallShield Wizard with 2 radio buttons. The first one is () Yes, I want to Restart my Computer now. The second one (.) No, I will restart my comoputer later You must click and dot the second option to Restart the computer later.
4.Next, click Finish button.
5.Shut Down the Computer.6.Next INSERT the DWl-650 + into the Cardbus slot.
7.Restart the Computer.
8. In the the Found New Hardware Wizard screen, click and bullet the radio button, Install the software automatically (Recommended)
9.Click Next.
10.When the screen warns something to the effect that this is not a Windows XP approved driver ...
, click Continue anyway buttonNow everything must be OK.
Hope this helps.
