Hello,
I have just burnt a DVD data disc and have a problem. When I open "My Computer", the size of the DVD shows as only 0.99 GB. However, when I highlight all the data on the DVD and check "Properties", it shows what it really has, 4.2 GB. I've tried on another DVD drive and it shows the same in "Properties" - 4.2 GB. How can I get "My Computer" to recognize the correct size of the disc?

I had a client with the very same problem... At first I didn't know what caused it, but I noticed that when I looked at his DVD-rom's properties it said that file system was UDFRDR, not UDF. Well, I unistalled udfreader and everything worked perfectly! I don't know if you have this problem, but check what file system is in use on your dvd-rom...
Hope this is of some use
