i had bought a compaq desktop pc presario 5000 series in 2000 with a 16X dvd-rom.the bundled software included win-98 operating system.everything was working fine till i upgraded my operating system to win-XP,the dvd-rom is playing only CDs when i checked its properties i found that by default it has been configured too play music files only.can someone help me.i was'nt able to find any help at hp customer care support.
