I have a dell tower with two cd drives. I put a cd into the rewrite drive and now I can't get it to open up. Not the program but the actual drive. It's worked fine in the past and is a fairly new tower. I rebooted and tried to eject under control panel. Any suggestions for me? Thank you in advance

Take a paper clip and bend it straight so you can poke it into the little hole that is on front of the drive. You should see it just above the open/close buttons. And no, I don't mean the headphone jack. =)
hope this helps

Try to eject the drive in the bios. Lemme know which DELL computer you have. Try to clear the NVRAM.
