DVD drive can not read DVD-RW disk.

OS: Win XP
CPU/Ram: 1.6 GHz/256

I copy some data files into DVD-RW disk via Memorex DVD-RW drive. But this DVD disk can not read by any DVD drive, only Memorex DVD-RW can read it.
Is anyone know what it is wrong ?

Could be the difference between disks..
DVD-RW and DVD+RW - or maybe the session
wasn't "finalized" on the disk?

DVD-ROM drives weren't designed to read any rewrite DVD format.
