My dvd and cd-burner worked fine before I installed Roxio easycd creator 5.0 platium. After that, it would detect my cds drives and I uninstalled it. Somehow, my cds drive doesn't work anymnore, window XP pro could not fix it. The problem is: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19).
