Comment: Hi, I have a problem with a HP Compaq nx 6125 laptop. I cannot get it to burn CD-r's. In device manager it recognises it as: HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4082 N When you try to copy files to a blank CD it keeps asking you to insert a blank CD. When in Media player 10, it says that there are no CD burning devices attached. Can anyone help me? Thank you

Reply: (edit)sounds like you have to update your drivers for the burner. Maybe call HP support, or check out their website for new updated drivers. Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks
