Hi, I have a problem with a HP Compaq nx 6125 laptop.
I cannot get it to burn CD-r's. In device manager it recognises it as: HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4082 N
When you try to copy files to a blank CD it keeps asking you to insert a blank CD.
When in Media player 10, it says that there are no CD burning devices attached.
