Hello,
i have a Kworld (DVB-T 300u USB2) the problem with this is that everytime i watch tv it freezes after a few mins, i dont know why, i have to click on the channel again, or go channel up and down inorder for my tv to work again, i went onto their website and downloaded a newer driver and software BUT that was even worse, anyone else have problems with this? can you help?

i am using this is a USB 2 prot as reccommended i have also swaped to a usb1 and a diff usb 2, nothing seems to work, there must be a reason for this and a solution but i just cant seem to find it, can anyone help, ive truied posting before and someone asked me if i have realtek onboard sound, to which i relpied yes but he didnt get back to me on what the problem was, someone please help this is the most annoying thing ever.

AlwaysWillingToLearn, nothing more than a SWAG, sounds to me as though things are being cached until the cache gets full when it needs to automatically clear itself to avoid congestion.

AlwaysWillingToLearn, SWAG = Scientific Wild A$$ Guess. Google offers several cache cleaners if that helps.

OHH i see what you mean, but this is wrong i clear my cache everyday using Tracks Eraser pro 5.7 and ZoneAlarm cache cleaner, my computer is actually in pretty good shape i maintain the PC to a good level, so im stuck now.

thanks for your help anyway, but is there anything else i can do??

where is the cache pointing to? Are you flooding the default Temp space.

You may want to try and specify a new Temp Path in the environment variables and point the dump there.

Also from what I hear the software for this tuner is Horrible. You need like a dual-core processor running no other apps to even make it bearable. From what I read, its the software, not the tuner. Look around for some third party software.

i thought so, the software is RUBBISH but how can i find a third party software, what do i search for in google? i have donw many searches on this problem and have never come up with what you have read about dual processors, what did you search for?
