Everytime I try a fresh install with XP from my CD-ROM (Matsus---a no-name ATAPI) or my CD-RW (Matsus---a no-name ATAPI), the installer can't find the i386 directory for more files. The reason is, it no longer sees the CD-ROMs. I have tried unplugging each one and trying again but half way through the install, it asks for the files again and when I try to browse, the CDs (E: or F:) are not among the drives, only the harddrive which is partitioned into C: and D:. Also I can't copy the i386 directory on to D: because the OS won't let me (Access denied).
