I added memory to my Sony Vaio Notebook and got a blue screen that mentions "dump of physical memory". I took the new memory out and replaced the old, but the same thing happens. I can't see the blue screen long enough to read anything else. The computer just continues to restart over and over. It won't allow a safe mode start either. What should I do?

If u can get into the bios and set the cdrom as the first boot device, u could try a 'Repair' install from the XP disk.

If it doen't even get that far, u have a hardware fault which only a laptop engineer could fix :(
