Yes. You will need to install OS's on different partitions/drives. 98 installs 1st.
You can put them on one drive by installing 98, then win2k and then upgrading win2k with XP but may have some issues

I am currently using XP and 98 (on different partitions) and it's ok... Xp tends to throw a tantrun (could it just be teething?) when you get to the dos screen for OS selection (if you want to boot XP select it before the timer runs out!) apart from that, hope you have plenty of room (98 and XP chalk up just over 1.8gig!)
