Dual Boot system...removing ME

I have WinXP installed on c:, and WinME installed on d: (different physical drive). How do I remove the ME installation from both the dual boot menu, and from the d:, and transfer the sys to C: for WinXP?

use Disk Management to delete and recreate the partition. ME = gone
edit the BOOT.INI and remove the line for Windows ME.
right click MY COMPUTER PROPERTIES ADVANCED tab SETTINGS under start up and recovery EDIT
remove the line for ME

Are you sure you want to remove ME.....I have ME on my boot menu just in case XP wont boot I can always use ME. Plus I can do some maintainence things from ME on XP.
