Could somebody please help me. My dsl connection keeps disconnecting when my computer sits idle. Is this an ISP problem or is there something wrong with my settings. This problem has only just started this last week or so. I know the ISP kicks me off every 24 hrs for updating the logs. If I'm at the computer the connection stays alive, it is only when I leave it to download from my mailbox does the problem arises. A person has to sleep...lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Oh if of any value my system is running behind a firewall (EZ) and has Norton systemworks 2003 on it.

I don't have DSL, but I thought it was sold as an 'always on' connection. If it's disconnecting, I'd ask the ISP if they have an inactivity timeout.
