Let say that I have two computers and one has DSL on it. And another i don't becuase it's only one HUB. I installed the Verzion Cd that they provided. and i got everything set up. Now i lost the CD and i was the Second computer to have connect and take out the first one. How do i go with that?

You can SETUP verizon without their CD.
Just use the Win Networking SETUP wizard to create a new connection.

I tried the Networking wizard, it requires the CD. Damn, i do need the cd to install it...
1. Close or exit all software programs.
Insert the Verizon Online DSL CD into the
CD drive in your computer.2.If the installation program does not start automatically, click the Start button and select Run. In the Run window, type d:\setup.exe (“d:” represents your CD drive).
3.Note: If “d” isn't the letter that represents your CD drive, substitute the appropriate letter.
4.Click OK.5.Click Setup to begin installation. Follow the onscreen prompts to configure your computer and begin using your Verizon Online account.

Also, think about manually setting up the connection without the CD. Tech support can help you with that. And, verizon home page may have some downloads, I think, or better yet have verizon mail you a new CD

Neither PC needs the software per se. If you got one to connect, then the other should connect via the HUB and therefore need no software as it does not connect directly.I do not think that even if you installed software on both machines you could connect on both AT THE SAME TIME.It must be managed somehow using either one machine or networking equipment.
In my instance neither machine connects w/o any software to Verizon DSL as they connect via the router. The router uses a DHCP server to manage and assign two IP's. One for the XP machine and the other for the ME machine. It (the router) connects using the router interface and the PPPOE option therein.
