Every time I boot my computer, I get a dialog box informing me that an error has occurred with the "DrWatson Postmortem Debugger". I also occasionally get an error form Windows Explorer. When I click any of the two options (send, don't send), the computer freezes and stops responding. (and occasionally crashes). Also, the computer won't shut down completely (the red LED won't go off). I have a UPS. I don't know if these two problems are related, but any suggestions?

Description of the Dr. Watson for Windows (Drwtsn32.exe) Tool

The Dr Watson log file is used by technical persons to solve problems with programs, and may be quite large.
