drivers vanished

Hi. Please could someone help me. For some reason my drives D and E have vanished. They are recognised in device manager but have exclamation marks (yellow circle) at the side of them. I've scanned for the drivers and they appear to be there although this message appears.Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)

Sorry, they are IDE DVD-ROM 16x and Pioneer DVD RW DVR 109. They were working perfectly well a couple of days ago but neither show up in my computer of play any discs that are inserted.

If Drive D & E are CD & DVD drives, then click on the link below to fix it via Windows registry. I hope you are familiar with working with the Registry.
