my sound card ad1812 is working well with windows98. but it is not recognised by windows xp as well linux. my original installation flopy has been misplaced. will somebody help me for drivers for windows xp or linux

Search on Google for the sound card manufacturer's website. Chances are, you can download the drivers you need there.
