i get the following stop error: 0x000000d1, 0x00000008, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, f915af35. when ever i upload files or upload data steraming (internet camera through windows messenger) i get the same stop error. (microsoft.com doesnt recognize this error). exept from this i can serf the web with no problems at all. mother borde: intel 865 GBF thanks for the help.

usually your error is related to a driver incompatibility with XP. Might be your camera driver, or might be your modem driver. Try to find updated drivers. In Windows Update, do you get any Driver Updates there ?

ndis.sys relates to your nic card and networking. Perhaps its flaky. Swap it out
