Use the windows 2000 modem driver, it's available. Note that you may get a warning during the installation process that the modem driver is not written for window XP, just proceed and it's gonna work just fine. I used it myself on xp and it worked. In fact win XP and win 2000 are built on the same Kernel. So, there are a lot of win 2k drivers that would work for XP as a work around. Semo

Can't find driver for Motorola sm56 PCI speakerphone modem. If you have this modem and you succeeded installing it on Windows XP I would appriciate it if you can tell me how you did it and where can I find the right driver.

Roi i have the same problem as you do. i have a motorola SM56 PCI speakerphone modem and it doesnīt work with the windows 2000 driver, it warnes me about having problems with the installation and i proceed but it doesnīt get installed, and i just canīt find a windoes XP drive for this modem in the net!!! please if anyone knows of a place to find this drive or has it please let me know.
