Driver Cirrus Logic 5446

CPU/Ram: 600/572

I use Cirrus Logic CL-GD 5446 -HC-A as a secondary card to run two screens, when I upgraded to Win XP it won't work, my computer is finding the card but can't make it work properly, and I can't find a updated driver for this old trash!!
Can someone please help me get a driver. Maybe someone has tips/info about my problem.
PLEASE HELP!!

if the card is a PCI card then XP normally wont allow these because it doesnt tell XP how to use it properly
