My system Toshiba Satellite 5005-s504 with WinXP home. 512MB ram/30GB HD/DVD/CDRW
I can play DVDs and CDs fine, But when I insert a recordable cd Windows wont read it. Sometimes the drive makes wierd "clicking" noises, like the kind some hard disks make when they are accessing data. Also, my cd drive spins up and down repeatedly, which ocasionaly locks up Xp. Last week it wouldnt let me logout untill i could get the cd out. The manufacturer has already replaced the drive once. Please help
