Help Please....Drive C no longer appears in MyComputer. Nor does it appear when I use a program and need to select a file from C drive.

It only appears in the explorer but it is below my F drive which is the second partition.

It shows up in the disk managemnet tools and states nothing is wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I wonder if you did a reinstall lately and XP somehow was installed on the F: drive instead of C:. I had that happen to me a short time ago. Check the F: drive to see if it has the following folders:
F:\windows
F:\documents and settings
F:\program files

If you see them, then that's probably what happened.

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!
