every time i want to play driv3r for pc it say imput not supported on moniter like a screen saver it happened ever since i changed the settings to 800 by 600 pixels and after doing that i change it again but there was something else when i change...16:3 it makes it hd so... it again and the screen was skinny so... again and it is gone and it say imput not supported

Your post is very hard to understand. I think you are saying you have problems with your monitor after playing that game.

What is the brand and model of your monitor?

There are two separate settings...the general setting which if you have an LCD is known as the 'native resolution' & there's also the game setting. We have no idea which one you're asking about. And as OtH stated, we'd need to know the make/model of the monitor, that way someone can look up the specs.
