Hi everybody, who is willing to help!
I am trying to get rid of Download.Trojan. Norton Antivirus (which is a part of Norton Internet Security) gives me the following information:
The compressed file mmview_101.dll within
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\O1U781U3\mmviewer_101[1].cab
is infected with the Download.Trojan virus.Norton Antivirus, which is a part of Norton Internet Security, tells me that it cannot delete this virus.
I have been to Symantec's site and found a solution, but it's not working. Symantec says to turn off system restore, update virus definitions, restart in safe mode, run a full system scan, delete all files detected as Download.Trojan and clear all Internet Explorer history and files.
However, after doing all suggested steps, after the restart in the safe mode Norton Antivirus was still unable to delete the Virus. I've run Adaware and SpyBot to remove other potential threats, but these programs did not find the Download.Trojan virus.
When I try to find the identified above infected file through Windows Explorer, it does not show the C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\O1U781U3 folder.
I think this one threat is all I have left to kill, but I'm stuck. If I run a scan with Norton in normal mode, it detects the threat but cannot quarantine, fix or delete it. Please help!

Maybe Try Disk Cleanup in Safe Mode? It would remove all Temporary internet files for IE.
Start > Programs > Accessories > SystemTools > Disk Cleanup
It's worth a try

You might have to manually do a search for the file and delete it. You must also clear the norton recylce bin. You can also download a free trial of tracks remover, which really works well.
