Downloads and different users

If i download something like registry mechanic how do i get it on all user accounts on the computer? i download software but it only goes on my and not on the other 2 users (so they still get loads of popups etc), please help they are driving me nuts

I see your OS is XP Pro. If you're the administrator, you can move the download directory out from the Documents and Settings to something like c:\Download. Once this is done, all users will then have access to it - provide you don't assign any restriction to this directory.

NTFS allows directory level access control. So if the other two users are not a part of the group it wont work. The easiest way would be to place a folder outside documents and settings. Else allow everyone permissions to access the folder.
