Your ISP may have changed the rules on you.

Why is your title Download, when you are trying to upload?

Are you using IE? Could be an update to IE has changed something. If you know when this started you could look at update installation dates to possibly determine if that is the cause.

I am not aware of any settings that would cause that behavior but that is not to say it doesn't exist.

Ahha the penny has dropped - Internet Exporer? Yes I downloaded the new version around that time. Should I uninstall it? Will I go back to the original if I do uninstall?

If you installed a new version it probably set the security setting higher than you were using. I am on FireFox right now so I can't walk you through EXACTLY where to find the settings (senior moment) but you will find it while in IE at the top of the screen. I think the label is settings.

if you uninstall IE8 in your add/remove programs you will revert to the IE version you had before the update. So if you had IE7, it will return to IE7, if you didn't have IE7 it will revert back to IE6 which is slowly getting fazed out.
